Monday October 9th-
At 4:58pm Venus cojoins Mean Black Moon Lilith at 0’42 Virgo- aligning the Goddess of Love and Beauty with the Dark Goddess of power and intensity in potent ways! Venus governs our desires and what we are attracted to- and BML is the wild, instinctual feminine. Put the two together in the Virgin sign of Virgo and you have some powerful energy being channeled through women and feminine energy. Virgin originally meant ‘woman whole unto herself’. So complete she could self create by parthenogenesis without male assistance. With the Light Feminine (Venus) and the Dark Feminine (Lilith) in Union we have the Yin/Yang feminine energy coming into balance and alignment (or duking it out!). Venus/BML can help you tap into your deepest intuitions and instincts or they can unearth your addictions and compulsions that need to be seen and loved. Venus is conjunct Lilith with both heading to opposition with Saturn (tomorrow for Venus, Thursday for Lilith) which can amplify but also exacerbate the power dynamics between women and men, feminist and patriarchy and more. With both bodies aligned with the Royal Fixed Star Regulus- we may see prominent female leaders in the news as well as the powerful feminine spirt in us all calling us forward to lead and serve in new ways. Tuesday October 10th-
At 2:11am Venus in Virgo opposes Retrograde Saturn in Pisces- creating tension between the Goddess of Love and Beauty and the Lord of Karma and Father of Time. Venus/Saturn can feel heavy and limiting. We are seeing all the things that are wrong or not good and may have a hard time seeing the silver lining. The key is to be discerning of what is not right- so you can get clear on what needs to be dealt with- while still staying connected to hope, dreams and inspiration. Seeing the relationships and work situations that are grounded and healthy vs the ones that are not may be part of the process today.
Pluto stations Direct at 27’53 Capricorn at 9:10pm- making the Lord of the Underworld the most powerful planet in the sky! All things plutonian are in focus right now: the depths, intensity, the subconscious, the shadow, fear, obsession, power, control, sexuality, debt and money. Opportunities to truly see what lies beneath the surface of structures, order, obligations and dogma in our lives is possible right now! Be aware that very deep rooted power/control dynamics can arise right now. Stay aware of your own need for power and control and stay out of manipulation- yours or anyone else’s. This is a great day (and week) to dive deep, confront shadow, be ruthlessly honest with ourselves and bring to the Light of consciousness that which is hidden. We are in some very deep times of revelation, Truth coming to Light, endings and letting go of old patriarchal paradigms to create space for the new. Use the energy wisely and be willing to confront your shadow and do the work of personal and planetary evolution and transformation! Pluto stations direct 2 days after his square to Mars (on 10/8)- so the energy has been MASSIVE the last 2 days. Pay attention to the Truths coming to Light right now. This portal of time is powerful and intense- navigate the deep terrain with much consciousness and awareness.
Wednesday October 11th-
At 2:21am the Sun in Libra opposes Retrograde Chiron in Aries- creating tension between the Conscious Self and Ego and the Wounded Healer planetoid. Sun/Chiron brings up old wounds and pain around our identity, self-confidence and capacity to relate to the masculine within and without in healthy, whole ways. The Sun in Libra tends to focus on WE rather than ME. Chiron in Aries has wounding around the masculine- manifesting as anger/selfishness issues or stuffing anger and not being able to focus on the self. Balance is key.
Thursday October 12th-
At 9:37am EDT today the United States of America has Progressed Uranus align with Progressed Midheaven at 7’12 Gemini. At 12:04am Mars moves out of Libra and into Scorpio- shifting the Will and Drive from Air to Water, intellect to emotion, surface to depths. mars rules scorpio and is very comfortable in the Scorpionic depths- but can also exacerbate them! mars in scorpio is passionate, intense, deep and commanding. using his energy to dive deep, confront shadow and deepen in intimacy and connection with ourselves, others and the world around us is supported right now. just watch out for the shadow of mars in scorpio: engaging in power/control dynamics, manipulation, jealousy, possessiveness and being Unconsciously run by the shadow of your lower chakras ;)
Retrograde Saturn in Pisces opposes Mean Black Moon Lilith at 0 Virgo at 12:08am- creating tension between the Great Patriarch and the Dark Feminine. This opposition can literally represent the polarization between Patriarchy and Feminism- the old guard and the fierce new leaders arising. With Lilith aligned with Regulus pay attention to women in positions of leadership this week! Saturn/Lilith can feel heavy and limiting but it can also provide the fodder to do the work and find staying power to get things done as well as stand up to oppressive forces.
At 10:14am Stationary direct Pluto in Capricorn quincunxes Juno in Leo- bringing tension and friction between the planet of Death, Rebirth and Transformation and the asteroid Goddess of partnership, marriage and contractual arrangements. Pluto/Juno points to the need for endings and new beginnings in relationships, relationship patterns, and relationship paradigms in our lives. Structures, traditions, expectations and obligations are undergoing major shifts. With Pluto at standstill stationing direct there is a huge death and rebirth/transformational vibe playing out in relationships, businesses, romantic partnerships, with children, creatively and more. At 6:03am Mercury cojoins Pallas Athena at 13’06 Libra and Pallas quincunxes Retrograde Jupiter in Taurus at 2:14pm- so the Mercury/Jupiter quincunx engages with the Wisdom and Warrior Goddess in the sign of Truth, fairness, balance and justice. This is a great day to speak up about things that are unfair, out of balance, or otherwise not working. The Jupiter energy can help pull back the veil to see the Truth but he can also exacerbate things. Watch out for taking too much and not taking enough action. Happy Friday the 13th!!! I love Friday the 13th. Western culture has a stigma about it being evil and unlucky, but if you look deep into the roots of both Friday and the number 13 you will find some interesting mysteries hidden there. Friday is Vendredi in French- named after the Goddess Venus. Yes, Friday is Venus’ day! 13 is also deeply connected to the Goddess- it is one of her sacred numbers, there are 13 Lunar cycles each year, and the transiting Moon moves 13 degrees a day and the Progressed Moon moves 13 degrees each year. Let’s not forget the maligned 13th sign Ophiuchus which is associated with kundalini, healing and magic (all Dark Goddess areas of expertise- read my article on Ophiuchus here for more info- https://divineharmony.com/writings/my-thoughts-on-ophiuchus-the-13th-sign/) and the debased 13th apostle- Mary Magdalene- and maybe you start to see the funny distorted picture…? At 8:29am Mars in Scorpio trines Retrograde Saturn in Pisces- aligning the Will and Drive with the Lord of Mastery. Mars/Saturn is amazing for getting clear on what the path of mastery and integrity is asking of you and then getting to doing it but taking one step at a time. There is a long term focus when Saturn is involved and the harmonious aspect between these two helps Mars slow down and not just do things in the moment but do things with awareness of the future. Saturday October 14th-
The Annular Solar Eclipse at 21’07 Libra is exact at 1:55pm EDT- taking us into the Eclipse Portal that unfolds in the next lunar month. This is an Annular New Moon Eclipse in Libra on the South Node and opposite Eris on the North Node. The Eris North Node conjunction is on 10/21 and with this eclipse triggering it- prepare for some big activations and energies incoming. This South Node Eclipse is forcing us to see where anything is out of balance, swept under the carpet, ignored or denied. With the Eclipse quincunx Uranus, quincunx Neptune, square Pluto, opposite Eris and conjunct the South Node- the Transpersonal Planets are trying to get our attention BIG TIME. The Transpersonal Planets don’t care about our personal needs and desires- their sole focus is to get us to WAKE UP AND CHANGE. So wherever we have been resisting that, maintaining appearances, trying to keep the surface together when the shadow behind the scenes has been festering- this astrology will bring it up and out. At 6:31pm Mercury in Libra opposes Retrograde Chiron in Aries- creating tension between the Mind and Intellect and the Wounded Healer planetoid. Mercury/Chiron can make for some intense communications today. Old wounds and pain arising around our expression or repression of anger, rage, agency and self focus are up big time. Some of us over focus on others at the expense of ourselves- others of us are self focused at the expense of our relationships. We can best use this astrology to seek better balance between masculine and feminine, assertion and surrender, independence and interconnection. Pay attention to the communications up today- as well as thoughts and perceptions arising. They reveal the path to healing right now!

At 3:43pm the Sun in Libra quincunxes Retrograde Uranus in Taurus- creating tension between the Conscious Self and ego that wants peace and harmony and the Rebel and Revolutionary that wants change and upheaval! With both planets in Venus-ruled signs relationships are in the midst of activation, shift, ending and/or rearranging. The more complacent we are- trying to keep things together that really should be falling apart- the more upheaval-ish this time will be! Stay open to change and instead of bracing as the boat rocks why don’t you initiate the rocking! Where new energy needs to come in and old energy needs to go out- facilitate your own evolutionary process!!!
