Monday May 13th-
Mercury exits backend shadow at 4:59am EDT- completing his last phase of his Underworld journey (the entire journey spanned from March 18th through today). As Mercury officially enters new territory we can feel ourselves ready to move forward and onward. Mercury Retrograde and his front/back end shadows are often a time we are dealing with things from the past and/or needing go over things before we can move forward. Now it is time to move forward and head into new territory! Enjoy :)
At 5:13am the Sun cojoins Uranus at 23’06 Taurus- aligning the Conscious Self and ego with the Rebel, Revolutionary and Great Awakener. Uranus in Taurus is a transit helping to wake us up to new values, to change our understanding of abundance and relationship to money, and to wake up to deeper and more expansive self worth and self Love. Sun/Uranus can make for an exciting day- depending on how attached we are to control and having things all figured out. Stay open to change and doing something new today! Just watch out for being restless, impulsive and reactive. Don’t throw the baby out with the bathwater! This transit perfects the New Moon conjunct Uranus energies from 5/7- so connect the dots with then and now to see where things are being waken up and shaken up!
Venus in Taurus sextiles Saturn in Pisces at 3:45pm- linking the Goddess of Love and Beauty in one of her signs of Rulership with the Lord of Karma and Father of Time. This is great astrology for solidifying commitments, deepening relationships and getting super clear on our values and what is important for us as we move forward relationally and financially. This is also great for bridging dreams and visions with reality and what needs to be done to bring them into manifestation. Build something that lasts today!

Wednesday May 15th-
At 1:36am Ceres stations Retrograde at 21’32 Capricorn- bringing the Great Mother asteroid Goddess to a standstill in the sky. Her stations brings matters pertaining to home, family, the environment and Mother Earth into focus. With Ceres in Capricorn this can also focus on relationships with Father, patriarchy, career, and the established ways we have done things that are needing to evolve and transform. Ceres stations in close square to Chiron (exact tomorrow mid morning) which can really magnify and even exacerbate old wounds and pain playing out in these dynamics mentioned above. At his best Chiron shows us greater awareness around what needs healing. His shadow is that our deepest pains and wounds arising can trigger us into reactivity or shut down. Being aware and navigating the next couple days with care is key.
Mercury moves out of Aries and into Taurus at 1:05pm- shifting the Conscious Mind and Intellect from Fire to Earth, yang to yin, Mars ruled to Venus ruled. Mercury is officially exiting Aries where he has been since March 9th! This is a very long time because of his Retrograde journey (and a very intense journey with triple conjunctions to Chiron and Eris!). So Mercury moving into Venus-ruled Taurus can feel like a breath of fresh air!!! Mercury in Taurus is earthy, stable, secure and grounded. We are supported in communicating in steady, grounded ways- not being fiery, dramatic and impulsive with words or deeds (like Aries was). Just watch out for the shadow side of Mercury in Taurus- rigid thinking and beliefs and resistance to change.
Thursday May 16th-
At 10:15am Mean Black Moon Lilith in Virgo quincunxes Eris in Aries- creating tension between the Fierce Dark Feminine and the Goddess of Discord and Chaos! Lilith sees deeply into the shadow and in Virgo she can be discerning but her shadow is to be overly judgmental and critical. Eris in Aries can be fully of rage and anger- but if that is expressed wisely and consciously it can be a force for massive change. With Lilith in Virgo we want to be aware of our health and mind/body balance. If we stuff anger or react in it in impulsive ways- our bodies can talk! At their best these two support us in seeing reality clearly and then dealing with things head on. Use the astrology wisely!
Chiron in Aries squares standstill Retrograde Ceres in Capricorn (at 21’32 Cap) at 10:54am- creating tension between the Wounded Healer and Great Mother asteroid Goddess. This is the 2nd of 3 Chiron/Ceres squares due to Ceres’ Retrograde journey that just began yesterday (the first was on 4/25, the last will be 11/7). This one is very powerful as Chiron squares Ceres at her standstill degree- the same degree and minute she stationed Retrograde at yesterday. This energizes the transit and magnifies in powerful ways! Chiron/Ceres can bring up some very deep old wounds and pain around mother, mothering, children, childhood and the past. With Ceres in Capricorn this can also play out with father, patriarchy, career, profession and work in the world. Chiron has been HUGE in the last few months- having aligned with the North Node of Destiny 2/19-3/5 and the Total Solar Eclipse on 4/8 was precisely to the minute conjunct Chiron as well. The recent Mercury Retrograde also triggered Chiron 3 times. We all have our own unique Chiron journey right now. Some of us have healing that involves speaking up, staking a stand, setting boundaries, saying no! Others of us have healing that involves softening ego, not reacting impulsively, not creating conflict and owning when our ego reactions have burned bridges. Working with shame and anger are key right now. If you have things coming up around childhood- Inner Child work can be pivotal for really working with what is arising <3
At 1:32pm Retrograde Pallas Athena moves out of Sagittarius and into Scorpio- shifting the Goddess of Wisdom and War from firey, expansive Jupiter ruled Sagittarius to watery, deep Pluto (and Mars)- ruled Scorpio. Pallas’ descent into deeper waters is great for therapy, shadow, research and investigation. The Goddess of Wisdom can go deeper and get to the bottom of things right now. But this can also exacerbate power struggles and misuse of power. Watch out for obsession and black and white thinking! Let Pallas help you find deeper truths while also holding space of seeing beyond black and white so that you can find the shades of grey in between.
Friday May 17th-
At 3:44am Mercury in Taurus squares Retrograde Pluto in Aquarius and at 8:24am they parallel each other- creating a Super Aspect of tension between the Mind and Intellect and the Lord of the Underworld. This square energizes the Full Moon square Pluto from April 23rd (Lunar Insight on that can be read here- https://divineharmony.com/lunar-insight/full-moon-in-scorpio-power-under-or-power-over-vs-power-within-4-23-24/) as well as the Venus square to standstill Pluto from May 1st-2nd. This is the first major transit of Mercury after his backend shadow! Mercury/Pluto is great for therapy, shadow work, research and investigation. We can get to the bottom of things with Mercury square Pluto. We can also find ourselves in massive power struggles and intense communications with others as well. Disengaging from power over/power under dynamics while still standing in your power in healthy ways is the medicine right now! Pay attention to things you hear, think, learn or say- as deep Truth (but also deep shadow) can erupt out of nowhere today!
Mars in Aries semisquares Jupiter in Taurus at 12:00pm- creating a minor aspect of tension between the Will and Drive and the Planet of expansion and excess. Mars/Jupiter can be great for courage and going for it- but the two together can also be impulsive, reactive and restless- so balance is key.
At 8:00pm Mercury in Taurus semisquares Saturn in Pisces- creating tension between the mind and intellect and the Lord of Karma and Father of Time. Mercury/Saturn can be great for getting focused and masterful in thinking and communication- but the shadow side of these two in tense aspect is resisting opening or changing one’s mind. Bearing down and only wanting to see things one way can lead to arguments and communication blocks right now!
Saturday May 18th-
At 4:02am Mars cojoins the North Node at 13’33 Aries- aligning the Will and Drive with the North Node of Destiny and Evolution. Mars on the North Node can be a major activator of our personal and collective paths of destiny and growth. Mars is the impetus and drive to act and make things happen- and he comes into our lives and lights a match under our butts to get us going! From today through May 29th Mars triggers the North Node and Chiron- who were conjunct back in February/March (2/19 for True Nodes, 3/5 for Mean Nodes). Mars will also trigger the Total Solar Eclipse degree on 5/25 and then align with Eris on 6/2! This is very activating territory. Often outer Planetary transits and Eclipses will not fully manifest until Mars comes along to trigger them. What was seeded in February/March with Chiron on the North Node and again in April with the Eclipse is getting HUGELY ACTIVATED right now. Mars is great for taking action, taking a stand, setting boundaries, and saying no. But he can also be super impulsive, reactive, aggressive, combative and so in the moment that he acts before thinking and sets things into motion he wished he did not once it is too late. As some of us have not been acting and sitting on our hands and we need to motivate. Others of us (like world leaders who have war consciousness) need to stop impulsively reacting to things and think before we set things into motion. BALANCE IS KEY.
At 7:40am Venus cojoins Uranus at 23’23 Taurus- aligning the Goddess of Love and Beauty with the Rebel, Revolutionary and Great Awakener! Venus/Uranus brings sudden and unexpected energy into relationships, finances, our values and feminine self expression. Where Venus in Taurus likes stability and security- Uranus likes change, freedom and revolution! Change is in the air! If you resist change it won’t be so much fun- but if you embrace it you could get a new lease on life. There could be new people coming into your life right now- and perhaps at the same time others leaving your life or relationships endings. Navigating endings and new beginnings with conscious is key.
Retrograde Pallas Athena in Scorpio trines Neptune in Pisces trines at 1:00pm- with both of them at 29 Pisces/Scorpio respectively. Pallas/Neptune can be uber creative, inspired, intuitive and psychic. Our imaginations can be off the charts and our capacity to see/feel things that go beyond the 5 senses is heightened right now. At 2:45pm the Sun cojoins Jupiter at 28’18 Taurus- linking the Conscious Self and ego with the Planet of Expansion and Abundance! Sun/Jupiter is amazing for positivity, luck, and confidence. Opportunities to travel (particularly to foreign lands), teach, speak, publish or learn from an amazing teacher are incoming! This conjunction is in Taurus so the goodness and opportunities incoming can be related to money and abundance, fertility and fecundity, embodiment and somatic awareness, mother earth and her environment and more. These two are also conjunct stars in the Pleiades which is a very feminine essence cluster of stars related to the Divine Feminine, beauty, music, dance and creativity. Tap into these feminine gifts today and enjoy yourself (just watch out for overindulgence!).
The Sun in Taurus semisquares the Mean North Node in Aries and sesquiquadrates the South Node in Libra at 7:59pm- creating tension between the Conscious Self and ego and the Nodes of Destiny and Karma. Today the Sun makes this aspect and tomorrow Jupiter does- amplifying and perhaps exacerbating our journeys around evolution and growth and the karmic patterns we keep getting stuck in. The Sun and Jupiter are in Venus-ruled Taurus and the South Node is in the other Venus-ruled sign. Any tendencies to overdo the Venusian principles of Love, beauty and peace-keeping at the expense of the North Node in Aries evolutionary path requiring we speak up, take a stand, set boundaries or say no- can be exacerbate right now! At 9:10am Jupiter in Taurus semisquares the Mean North Node in Aries and sesquiquadrates the South Node in Libra- mirroring the aspect the Sun made yesterday. Jupiter in tense aspect to the Nodes can create conditions for excess. Jupiter is larger than life and can overdo, over spend, over party, over indulge and more. Too much of a good thing can be too much- particularly if we are using it to avoid dealing with shadow, speaking up, taking a stand or take action. Pay attention to dreams overnight for messages about where your growth path is calling you forward!
The Sun in Taurus sextiles Neptune at 29’25 Pisces at 6:45pm- linking the Conscious Self and ego with the Planet that dissolves ego boundaries. Sun/Neptune can be dreamy, creative, altruistic, romantic and idealistic. We can be extra sensitive, intuitive and receptive right now. With the Sun in Earthy Taurus and Neptune in Watery Pisces- we can link body with Spirit and Soul so that we are not using spirituality to escape but instead are using spirituality to embody more Light and truly BE HERE NOW. Neptune is at 29’25 Pisces- making his way to 29’55 Pisces where he will station Retrograde on July 2nd.
