Membership
With the purchase of your membership you will have access to exclusive content on Divine Harmony’s website. You will be automatically billed each month at the rate you’ve selected. You can cancel your membership any time on the Account Settings page. Those who pay using PayPal may also cancel in PayPal Automatic Payments. It is your responsibility to cancel and manage your account. Please do not send emails via the contact form requesting cancellation but instead cancel via the cancel page found via the drop down menu under ‘Membership’. There are no refunds for membership purchases. In the event of any refunds given they will be minus Paypal/Stripe processing fees and an admin fee.
If your purchase includes a free trial, you are signing up for the Divine Harmony subscription service. If you decide you want to stay on, you need do nothing! Your subscription will begin billing automatically at end of your trial period. If you don’t wish to remain subscribed, be sure to cancel before your free trial expiration date. If you do not cancel before the free trial is over, you will be billed a recurring monthly rate at the end of your trial.
Please Note: If you have currently have an active membership and wish to upgrade, you will be billed a prorated price immediately, and your subscription will be adjusted to the new level.
Your Account
If you choose to pay using PayPal, please sign up with the same email you use for their service, so that it’s easy for us to contact you if we encounter any problems with the service.
If you already signed up for a subscription through Paypal and cannot get into your account please try the password reset button first and/or email us directly. Please DO NOT sign up for multiple accounts! If you sign up for multiple accounts there will be no refunds and instead you will be given a credit for membership services or consultations with Divine Harmony.
