ARIES- week of 3/7-3/13
this week’s main event is a total solar eclipse in pisces on tuesday and it massively activates the hidden most house in your chart. the 12th house- the natural house of pisces- governs spirituality, surrender, the Unconscious, dissolution, what is hidden within (both fears and unrealized potential), and letting go. you have a major new cycle commencing right now that is all about letting go of the past. facing deeply buried wounds and pain around having trust and faith, surrendering and allowing the Universe to guide you can arise. this eclipse can also activate your sensitivity like no other. the warrior in you does not seem to get hurt easily- but we all have sensitivities and vulnerabilities and allowing these to come through and being with them in soft, healing ways (as opposed to beating them over the head to submission) can be deeply regenerative in the coming lunar cycle (and actually the next 6 months- which is the influence of an eclipse). this eclipse opposes jupiter and the north node in your 6th house- which has you focusing on work, service, your day to day mundane life, health and well being. but you cannot overdo this focus at the expense of your inner journey right now. giving yourself space to really FEEL so that you can fully heal and move into new dimensions is key. a radical activation of your spiritual journey can be in-coming- but you have to give your Spirit and Soul as much time and energy as you do your mind, body and outer world activities or obligations ;) come saturday as venus moves into pisces to join all the other planets journeying through your 12th house- give yourself the Love you seek outside. nurture and nourish yourself- take a salt bath, float in the ocean or a lake, get a massage. take time to sit in candlelight and meditate without any agenda or time frame. this is a week to BE as much if not more than you DO. stillness will take you there.

TAURUS- week of 3/7-3/13
the powerful total solar eclipse in pisces kicks of the week (exact tuesday) and it illuminates your 11th house of friendship, community, hopes and dreams. this eclipse is interesting as it is a new moon- which is about new cycles commencing- but it’s also conjunct the karmic south node which is about letting go of the past. you can find yourself in a revolving door so to speak this week- as you move from one aspect of your life that is ending and into a new one that is only just beginning. this could manifest as letting friendships or community associations go. it could also manifest as letting go of hopes and dreams that are no longer valid for who you are today and where you are at in life. yet what you clear out in your life- emotionally, physically and otherwise- creates space for the new to come in. so you’d do well to do some pre-spring cleaning in your life this week! pay attention to thursday and friday when the sun aligns with the Wounded Healer chiron and the karmic south node. deep things are up for you to address- emotionally and relationally. a mystical, sensitive, intuitive energy is present- but so is a confusing, nebulous, illusory or deceptive one. make sure you are being above board and honest with others- especially when dealing with money matters- and ensure others are doing the same. come the weekend your ruler venus moves into pisces- a position she is considered exalted in. venus is the lower heart and governs our ego’s desires, needs and wants- while pisces is the sign of neptune- the planet of the Higher Heart. a linking up of the lower and Higher Hearts helps us to put our actions and desires in service of something Higher. venus in pisces at it’s best speaks to Unconditional Love, agape, altruism and deep service towards others. tap into this deeply healing, loving, nourishing heartfelt energy this weekend. give it to yourself and give it others. live it, breathe it, be it. allow the Higher Heart energies present to clearly show you the path ahead and the path behind- while you stand in the center of it all knowing that it is all perfect as it is now.

GEMINI- week of 3/7-3/13
we are entering into the eclipse portal with a total solar eclipse in pisces on tuesday Lighting up the most elevated part of your chart- your 10th house of life path, purpose and calling. there’s a dualistic energy to this eclipse (which dual/twin ruled gemini will resonate with) as solar eclipses are new moons and new moons are about new beginnings- but the eclipse is conjunct the karmic south node which is all about dealing with and releasing the past. this week all the planetary energy coalescing in your 10th house is bringing focus to what needs to end and be released in your public life, outer life, career and profession so that you can create space for the amazing new things that are wanting to come in. chiron the Wounded Healer is deeply involved in this eclipse (and in the potent astrology this month)- which brings a lot of sensitivity, vulernability, wounds and pain to the surface. stuff around your childhood can be up- possibly related to your Mother. there can also be deep things arising around what success looks like and any wounds and pain you have around not living up to some idea of perfection. with pisces on the midheaven your work in the world has to involve spirituality, creativity, artistic expression or altruistic service in some way, shape or form. your work in the world has to feel your Soul- and if it doesn’t you will feel it deeply inside as though something is missing. this eclipse can help you see what is missing as well as help you see what you need to let go of to create space for this element to anchor into your life. amazing new cycles are commencing for your professionally- so don’t be so busy looking at what you are leaving behind that you miss them! with jupiter and the north node in the root of your chart opposite this eclipse- new foundations being build in your life physically, emotionally and otherwise will give you very solid ground to build on. so be sure to give yourself time to set those foundations securely. the old adage ‘start as you mean to finish’ is key here. you are starting something new right now in a huge way. be sure that you don’t half ass it but instead bring all your presence and power to this now moment so that you create something you will want to see through until the last chapter is written!

CANCER- week of 3/7-3/13
as the only moon-ruled sign among us- you are VERY tuned into the lunar cycle for better or for worse (hopefully for the better though!). this week’s total solar eclipse in pisces is an alignment of the sun, the moon and the earth- with the earth coming in between the sun and moon and eclipsing the Light translated from your ruler to our solar orb and center of our galaxy. this speaks to major interruptions in patterns that have been playing out- a restart so to speak that can only commence when we let go of the past. with this eclipse in watery, sensitive pisces you will be feeling it- there’s no way around it. but being so feeling oriented is not a bad thing. you just need to be sure you are setting appropriate boundaries, taking salt baths, doing regular grounding meditations and ensuring that what you feel you do not hold onto- particularly if you are feeling energies that belong to others or to the world around us (this same teaching goes for pisces as well). this eclipse is in your 9th house of Higher Self- a call from your Higher Self to elevate your thinking, your beliefs and attitudes in a very big way. this eclipse is conjunct the karmic south node- so before the new frequency can fully anchor in we have to let go of an old frequency that keeps us stuck in the past. old thoughts, attitudes, beliefs, ideas and limitations need to go out the window right now. looking at your shadow tendencies to float off into the ethers and not stay grounded and present can also be part of the healing process. with jupiter and the north node in virgo opposite this eclipse- the healing path requires embodiment, discernment, discrimination and an attendance to reality. but we need to do this while still staying connected to our dreams, intuition, sensitivity and spirituality! with all of this in your 3rd house your mind, thoughts and perceptions of yourself the world around you are getting a major upgrade! pay attention to thursday and friday as the pull to the past is strong but the key to unlock to the door to the future is presented to you at the very same time. by week’s end as venus moves into pisces- a lot of heart-centered energy is being amplified big time. you can be a channel of it- through your writing, teaching, speaking and mere presence. to do this all you have to do is stay in your heart and move out into the world from this space ;) compassionate action is the mantra this week!

LEO- week of 3/7-3/13
this week initiates us into the first eclipse portal of 2016- and with this week’s eclipse been a TOTAL solar eclipse (meaning the sun will go completely black- not just partially) the door into the powerful lunar month ahead opens in grand fashion! the solar eclipse on tuesday illuminates your 8th house of debt, shared resources, intimacy, transformation, death and rebirth. this is a house that speaks to letting go of an old form so that a new form can come in- a theme for the month ahead for all of us actually due to the presence of chiron the Wounded Healer on the karmic south node. we are all being asked to look at, address, deal with and complete some aspect of our past. deep emotions, sensitivities and vulnerabilities are up right now and giving yourself the space to swim in the emotional waters so that you can experience a cleansing and clearing of what you are holding onto (or what holds onto you) is so key right now. with pisces in your 8th house there is a tendency to idealize others and yourself, and perhaps even spiritually bypass seeing your own shadow in deeper and more integrated ways. this makes sense as you are the only sun ruled sign and your desire is to live in the Light! yet the wholeness and fullness of experience is only attainted when we can hold space for both Light and shadow and this week is the perfect opportunity to do just that. this coming lunar cycle and the 6 months ahead (an eclipse has a 6 month effect) is a time to look at and deal with issues regarding intimacy, sexuality, debt, money and loss. it’s a time to see what you have been holding onto emotionally or what you have been avoiding looking at in terms of shadow and then empower yourself to fully face it and deal with it so you can move through the eye of the needle and be reborn! with this eclipse opposite jupiter and the north node in your 2nd house there is a birth of a new awareness around what you value and what is most important to you. anchoring into this and setting it as a foundation for your growth to come is key. this can also speak to major material abundance incoming- but you need to deal with the past first to create space for the new that wants to come in! pay close attention to thursday and friday as your ruling planet the sun aligns with chiron and the karmic south node. the pull to old patterns and ways of being is strong- but your Spirit is stronger. let your Spirit lead!

VIRGO- week of 3/7-3/13
you are one of two signs that are in the spotlight this week- as the total solar eclipse on tuesday is aligned with the axis of the nodes of destiny and karma in your sign the sign opposite yours (pisces). all eclipses are aligned with the nodes but this one is significant as it is a TOTAL solar eclipse and it is tightly conjunct the south node and chiron the Wounded Healer. this eclipse illuminates your 7th house of relationship and partnership and it highlights new beginnings in your connections with others that are predicated on endings of connections or energies that keep you tied to the past. all the water energy right now can bring up deep emotions, sensitivities and vulnerabilities. it is important that you give yourself space to swim the emotional waters without drowning yourself in them. the tendency to want to rationalize or intellectualize your own emotions or that of others needs to be balanced with your ability to be with emotional energy on it’s own terms. luckily jupiter is in your sign opposite this eclipse- reminding you that your gifts of discernment and ability to stay grounded and in the body will be immensely helpful this week. in truth emotion often reveals itself to us via sensation in our bodies- so paying attention to the realms of earth and water, body and Soul, sensation and emotion are important this week. there’s a cleansing going on in patterns in partnership- old ways of being and doing that are no longer working for you are heading out the door. this could take shape as existing relationships or partnerships (not just romantic) ending for good. or it could take form as major healings and transformation of existing relationships into new dimensions of potential and possibility. either way- the old stagnant, stuck energy is getting cleared out- so stay open for some new delight that will be incoming after you do the spring cleaning work (internally and externally). pay close attention to thursday and friday as the un aligns with chiron and the south node. old patterns can be up big time and deep wounds and pain are being asked to be addressed. the only way out is through- so don’t stop the process and don’t stop the tears if the come in. let them out and let others release them as well. tears are cleansing and it’s not until you let go of the past and the hold it has on you that you can really truly see with clarity the path towards the future.

LIBRA- week of 3/7-3/13
this week’s (and month’s!) main event is the powerfully activating total solar eclipse in pisces exact tuesday evening. the eclipse joins the plethora of planets in pisces that packed into your 6th house of work, service, health, well being and daily life. it is interesting to note that your natal chart has the natural rulers of the 6th and 12th house juxtaposed. you have pisces- ruler of the 12th- in your 6th house, and you have virgo- ruler of the 6th- in your 12th house. so there is a dualistic natural playing out this week that is all about finding a balance between the mundane (6th) and the spiritual (12th), the details and the Big Picture, definition and dissolution, analyzing and intuiting, order and chaos, reality and dreams. this eclipse is conjunct the karmic south node- symbolizing for all of us that whatever new things we are seeking to set into motion in our lives, they can only be fully initiated when we deal with and release the past. chiron is conjunct the south node all month (exact mid to late march)- and they are both powerfully aligned with the sun/moon conjunction. old wounds and pain are up for clearing right now and for you this focuses on being in the world but not of it. pisces in the 6th can have a hard time being here. there’s a desire to dream, create and idealize- but it’s not a placement for concrete reality, discernment and discrimination of what IS. yet jupiter is in virgo aligned with the north node of destiny and he is helping you access this more embodied wholeness so that you can bridge your Divinity with your humanity and live from a both/and place rather than an either/or space. this could necessitate you addressing real life physical issues- health ones or daily life ones- from a practical and pragmatic place. learning to set proper boundaries rather than being wide open- or going in the other extreme and building walls- can also be the focus. pay close attention to thursday and friday when the sun aligns with chiron and the south node- as what is up for you can be deep, ancient, karmic and past life- and yet you also have the capacity to break free and move into a new direction if you so choose! a new cycle can be seeded when you clear out, clean up and ground down in expansive yet focused ways. this eclipse heralds a new path of health and well being incoming! as well as a new path related to service and embodying your gifts here on earth. stay open to inspiration and pay attention to your dreams this week! important messages can get delivered by the Unconscious and you don’t want to miss them!

SCORPIO- week of 3/7-3/13
we are entering into the eclipse portal of change, transformation, endings and new beginnings (energies your sign is intimately associated with!). the total solar eclipse in pisces is exact tuesday evening and it Lights up your 5th house of creativity, passion, self-expression, pleasure and fun! typically new moons are times to start new things, set intentions and commence new journeys- yet this eclipse is conjunct the karmic south node of the past, reminding us that whatever new things we are calling in we can only anchor that in when we have dealt with and released the past. to add to the energies chiron, the Wounded Healer, is on the south node dredging up old wounds and pain from this life, past lives, childhood, ancestral, collective and more. the point of dredging this up is that until it is fully dealt with it festers in the Unconscious and controls us- unbeknownst to us! so this week is the perfect time to delve into your passions and desires and really see clearly where they are being run from. being willing to see your own shadow, face your own fears and own your own deep sensitivity can be deeply healing this week. looking at where a tendency to spiritually by pass, idealize of fantasize has gotten you pursuing the wrong kinds of passions, the wrong kinds of people or the wrong kinds of pleasurable experiences is key. pay close attention to thursday and friday when the sun aligns with chiron and the south node- as the pull to the past can be positively STRONG! yet at the same time the sun is seeking to shine his Light of consciousness on our past so that we can see it for what it is, own our part in creating it, and get clear on what needs to change (within and without) to alter the trajectory of our future. the solar eclipse is ultimately seeking to bring in a new awareness of your deepening spiritual path, an expansion of your creative expression and living a life that is aligned with what your Spirit and Soul Loves most! one of the most important things to tap into this week is a deep abiding Uncondiontional self-Love. not narcissistic love or cover-up-my-shame-love- but true, embodied, grounded and anchored self-Love. the kind of Love that is Sourced not from what you do, what you own or who the world thinks you are but from a place of being. self esteem Sourced from this place feels like the sun has warmed you from the inside out. the other kind is puts a false veneer of gold over things. the former is eternal while that latter is ephemeral. which will you choose? :)

SAGITTARIUS- week of 3/7-3/13
this week initiates us into the eclipse portal of change and transformation, kicked off by the total solar eclipse in pisces on tuesday evening. this eclipse joins several other bodies in pisces- all dancing in your 4th house of home, family, roots and foundation. typically new moon eclipses are about new beginnings and starting new things, yet this eclipse is conjunct the karmic south node speaking to the need to face, deal with and resolve the past first. any growth we desire right now is predicated on the pruning we do this week and month- so tuning into what it is time to let go of is so key right now. with chiron, the Wounded Healer, aligned with this eclipse and the south node- there are deep wounds and pain (personal and collective) that are up for healing right now. allowing yourself to fully feel all that arises and not needing to “Love and Light it” is important for your own healing. your sign is the eternal optimist- the one that prefers to see the glass as half full. yet sometimes experiences in our lives are not of the Light. sometimes shadow, pain, suffering and grief needs to be acknowledged, gone into and fully felt before it can be released. why would we do this? why consciously choose to go into old pain? well the thing is unprocessed pain and emotion sits there deep in the reservoirs of our psyche and they Unconsciously control us. most people think that they make conscious decisions in their lives- yet for the average person 95% of our decisions are made out of our conditioning and defense mechanisms born from our past. so this is a week and month to DIVE DEEP. to face stuff from childhood, to see past life time themes that carry over, to acknowledge family karmic patterns that keep playing out ad nausea. the interesting thing is that if you are willing to do this you can clear out A LOT of stuck, stagnant energy that has been holding you down and hemming you in. and once you do this this eclipse can help you majorly activate a new cycle of grounding and foundation in your life upon which you build in coming years! this is not just about solid, external foundations- like a house, home or family- but it’s also about inner foundations and grounding with your True Self and Spirit. luckily this eclipse is opposite your ruling planet jupiter on the evolutionary north node of destiny! amazing things are opening up for you professionally and life path/purpose wise- and all this inner work predicates huge evolutionary shifts that are waiting for the space to come in. pay close attention to thursday and friday when the sun aligns with chiron and the south node- deep things are arising from your subconscious and the pull to check out, deny and avoid can be strong. but you are stronger than all of that and you can alter your life trajectory (spiritually or materially) massively this week- if you dare!

CAPRICORN- week of 3/7-3/13
into the eclipse portal we go! the coming lunar month is a powerful one and it is initiated by a TOTAL solar eclipse in pisces, Lighting up your 3rd house of mind, intellect, communication and ideas. this new moon is conjunct the karmic south node- showing a dualistic energy playing out this week. one the one hand the new moon invites new journeys and new things into our lives- yet the south node speaks to the past that holds us back and keeps us stuck. a new moon on the south node is a time of passing the baton so-to-speak- of letting go of one reality so that another can fully anchor in. with this happening in your 3rd house i see a new realization of Truth and perception that wants to come in- but it can only do so when you let go of old limiting ideas, ungrounded fantasies and ways of perceiving reality that keep you in a box or keep you disconnected from All That Is. with chiron, the Wounded Healer, on this eclipse and the south node (exact later this month), there are deep wounds and pain surfacing right now- both personal and collective. looking at wounding around intelligence, trusting intuition, believing in dreams or over focusing on reality can arise. there can also be wounds and pain arising with siblings, roommates or with people in your neighborhood- which simply recapitulate dynamics from childhood and past lives. looking at how you communicate your Truth is key. are you open and honest? or do you bury your anger or need to say something and pretend all is okay? how do you share your Truth with yourself as well as with others? a deeper refinement of communication- as not just including words said but also energies emanated- can arise this week. with this eclipse opposite jupiter in your house of Higher Self- a new awareness of Who You Really Are and how all the threads of your life fit together to make the perfect picture is arising. yet it is up to you to see the Bigger Picture rather than focus on the little picture and the issues that keep you mired in the past. pay close attention to thursday and friday as the sun lines up with chiron and the south node. deep energies can arise in the form of wounds, pain or intense communication with others. yet the key to freedom and liberation from the past lies hidden in these experiences and encounters as well. this eclipse is seeking to activate a new level of awareness as well as a new way of voicing that awareness- in your personal life, professionally and otherwise. so this week listen as much as you speak, learn as much as you teach, and be as much as you do- to make the most of the energies present right now ;)

AQUARIUS- week of 3/7-3/13
the total solar eclipse in pisces is exact on tuesday, initating us into the eclipse portal that will carry us through the next lunar month. this looks to be a potent month of change, transformation, endings and new beginnings- so stay open to what the Universe has in store for you to make it a fun month ;) the eclipse Lights up your 2nd house of money, values and self-worth- bringing Light to your material life, what you own and possess, and your own sense of safety and security (within and without). typically new moons are times to plant seeds and set new intentions about what you want to call in- but this eclipse is conjunct that karmic south node which also speaks to what we are being asked to call out and let go of. looking at your relationship with the material world and your mastery of finances can be a big piece of this eclipse portal. pisces in the 2nd is great for making money through spiritual or creative means- but it’s not the most grounded placement for dealing with money, balancing the checkbook and dealing with debt. at it’s worst pisces here can be deceptive or delusional about material reality- and so this eclipse can highlight where you are not being grounded and dealing with money or the material world from a place of mastery and fully present embodiment. luckily this eclipse is opposite jupiter and the north node in virgo- bringing opportunities for growth and expansion by way of grounding, discernment, discrimination and dealing with reality. jupiter in the 8th can speak to important associations in your life- intimate, financial or otherwise- that can help you navigate the lessons you are learning and seeking to master. pay close attention to thursday and friday when the sun aligns with chiron and the south node- as old karmic patterns as well as old wounds and pain can be up big time. really looking at how you do (or don’t) value yourself, care for yourself and Love yourself is key. safety and security sourced from without will never make us feel good if it’s not Sourced from within. this eclipse is seeking to initiate you into a whole new way of relating to the material world and relating to your own worth at the same time (they are in fact two sides of the same coin). so take time to get super clear on what you value the most and then put not just your money but your whole heart, Spirit and Soul into it. the rewards will be multiplied and they will manifest on more levels than just the material! it is, and more importantly YOU are, worth it!

PISCES- week of 3/7-3/13
you are in the spotlight dear pisces! not only because the total solar eclipse on tuesday evening is in your sign- but also because your ruler neptune is there, chiron and the karmic south node are there, and venus moves there later this week with mercury following suit next week. when there are so many planets in a sign it’s called a stellium and it tends to amplify and at times exacerbate the energy signature of the sign. as one of the most sensitive, feeling-oriented signs of the zodiac- you only need to have one planet in your sign to feel wide open ;) so this week (and month really) you are wider open than open- and you want to be sure you have good grounding techniques and healthy boundaries in place to make the most of it! typically new moon eclipses are about new beginnings and new journeys commencing- yet this eclipse is conjunct the karmic south node speaking to the need to face, own, complete and release the past. with all of this in your first house of self- it’s safe to say you are going through a death and rebirth process (metaphorically speaking). some aspect of your identity and sense of self is dissolving into the cosmic abyss- and a new aspect of yourself is arising from the depths and taking form before your very eyes. of course the degree to which you do the inner work to face, heal and clear out the past that holds you back and down is the degree to which this new energy can fully anchor in and embody in you. so this is a week (and month) to do much healing work, cleansing, clearing, releasing, dream work, therapy and inner journeys- all with the focus on letting go of who you thought you were so that Who You Really Are can fully come in and anchor into the 3D world. this eclipse is conjunct chiron- which can bring up deep wounds and pain around belonging, being seen, being understood and being oh so sensitive. yet jupiter in virgo opposite this eclipse reminds you that belonging has more to do with the kind of people you run with. if you are around people that are unconscious you will not feel you belong, but if you are around people who are awake and aware you will feel seen and understood! taking stock of the people in your life and seeing clearly if they are on the same wavelength as you is key this week. in addition, new people coming into your life (or existing people whose relationships with you are expanding) can provide amazing insight and growth opportunities for you- so be sure to embrace them! pay close attention to thursday and friday as the sun aligns with chiron and the south node- old patterns of denial, avoidance, unhealthy boundaries, not standing up for yourself, confusion, or taking on other people’s pain (or taking on their karmic lessons) can arise. yet your strength lies in your receptivity and fluidity- not towards the egos of others but towards the world of Spirit. listen to your intuition- it will guide you to where you need to go. live with an open heart with healthy boundaries and there are no limits to the good you can do in the world!
