We are heading out of the Major Lunar Standstill cycle- the 19 year cycle of the Moon that sees the Moon go way Out of Bounds where we get the visual of the Moon very high in the sky and very low in the sky, which is particularly striking at the Full Moon in extreme Northern and Southern Latitudes. This is the Last Super Full Moon close to the Solstice that will be extremely Out of Bounds until the next Major Lunar Standstill arrives in 2042-43. Out of Bounds Moons are beautiful visually and they also correspond to higher emotions, higher tides, earthquakes, floods and environmental events. For example the massive earthquake and tsunami in 2004 occurred as the Moon was High in the Sky, Out of Bounds, at 28’11 Gemini heading to oppose the Capricorn Sun which was exact almost 12 hours later on December 26th. This Super Full Moon on Thursday December 4th. 2025 at 4:14pm MST (3:14pm PST/6:14pm EST) packs a punch as it is at 13’03 Gemini (rounding up to the nearest whole degree which is 14 Gemini) and it is opposite the Great Attractor. This Full Moon activates the GA (Great Attractor) and the next New Moon on December 19th activates the Galactic Center (GC)- so we have two very powerful Galactic Points being activated this month!
Galactic Points tap us into Higher Self/Cosmic energies. Their frequencies are about going beyond the limited human, 3D experience- supporting us in opening up to Greater Truths and Expanded Vision (very apropos of Sagittarius- where both the GA and GC are located!). Both of these points are also in Living Sky Ophiuchus- the 13th Constellation that the Sun actually moves through from November 30th through December 18th. I know many people like to argue about if there is a 13th Constellation or not. Ophiuchus clearly crosses the Ecliptic and the Sun can move through it- so it is an Ecliptic Constellation. Incidentally only the very top of the claw of Scorpio crosses the Ecliptic with most of the body of the Scorpion constellation being below it- so by this definition Scorpio’s conditions for being an Ecliptic Constellation are the same as Ophiuchus ;)
One day I spent like 3 hours on Stellarium going through the last 5000 years of Constellational movement- and the Foot of Ophiuchus began crossing the Ecliptic in 2950 BC! This is right around the time on the Earth that Written language sprang up all around the world (said to be approximately 3200 BC) and the time when Hieroglyphs in Egypt were said to have begun. This is also the time the first Pharaoh of Egypt- Menes- is believed to have united Upper and Lower Egypt- creating the first dynasty of Ancient Egypt. This was a pivotal time on earth and this is the time the foot of Ophiuchus began stepping down and through the Ecliptic- which is quite meaningful when you look at the ancient meaning of this constellation.
Today we are told Ophiuchus is the male serpent bearer but anciently this was Arabic Al-Hawwa- which means life, snake and Eve (as in Adam and Eve). She is the Lady of Life and the Lady of the Serpent. She was anciently seen as the Source of Life and the Mother of Humanity. She possesses the Serpent Power of life, creation and destruction. The Goddess Asherah- the wife of Yahweh before she was removed from the Bible- was called the Lady of the Serpent. Recall that the Adam and Eve story has symbols of a tree and a serpent in it- well Asherah is represented by Asherah Poles that comes from sacred trees and she is also seen as connected to serpents. This Mother Goddess was called The Tree of Life and the Lady of the Serpent- so the Tree and the Serpent in the Adam and Eve story are Ancient Mother Goddess symbols hidden in plain sight.
In the Bible we hear that Eve was made from Adam’s rib and that she is to blame for the suffering of humanity due to her eating of the apple. But when we see that the serpent and the tree are associated with the Ancient Mother- maybe we can start to see a different, more ancient story unfolding? In order to do this you have to be willing to come back to Beginner’s Mind (a la the Gemini archetype) and question the stories you have been told for years (or millennia) in order to see what was there before. The Great Mythologist Joseph Campbell talked about the Great Reversal- a time when the mythos shifted from Goddess centered to God centered. Joseph said “Creation went from being the offspring of the Great Mother- born of her womb and made of her body- to being a product of a Sky Father’s word and thought”- aka born of the Mind/Head like the patriarchal telling of the birth of Athena from Zeus’s head.
Joseph said that this shift in consciousness was due to a change in values towards linear thinking, objectivity, analytical capacity, objective and detached selfhood, and a heroic course of development (questing and searching). Out of this shift was born the Hero myth which tells stories of a conquering hero who kills, slays, destroys, and dominates. The Greek and Roman myths we project onto the heavens today often show these male heroes killing the ancient Mother Goddess in the form of Cetus aka Tiamat, or Medusa aka Neith. These were primordial Mother Goddesses who were killed off mythically so that their power would be transferred to the Male God. Some Goddesses were married off to the God to transfer her power to him- like Juno and Zeus- but others were just killed or decapitated.
It is interesting to note that there are older stories of Eve that have been lost over time (or buried). In Old Hebrew scriptures we are told that Eve’s first son Cain was not the son of Adam, but was the son of Eve and Sama-El- the Lord of Sama aka Samael. We are told Samael is a Fallen Angel and is associated with the Devil- but what if this was a rewrite of an older myth that told a different story? Sama was a kingdom in Northern Mesopotamia and the Lord of Sama was also known as Enki. Enki is the God associated with saving humanity in the Mesopotamian Flood Myth. His brother Enlil wanted to kill all humans so Enki helped Atrahasis build an ark to survive the disaster. Sound familiar? (aka Noah).
I was raised born again Christian so I read the Bible a lot. I remember when I was young thinking the God of the Bible seemed really inconsistent and all over the place. He was benevolent! He was violent! He was loving! He was jealous and angry! Well one theory is that the God in the Bible is not ONE GOD but is actually two highly evolved beings presenting as god to humans- Enlil (the abusive, aggressive one) and Enki (the benevolent one). This theory says that actually the Anunanki were highly evolved beings that seemed to be gods to the lesser evolved humans. Enki was the nicer of the two- but there were others. This is why they say the Bible states “let us make humans in OUR image”- there were multiple of them, not just one “god”. I know this goes against everything you have been told in the modern day version of the Bible- but this is why Jesus was quoted as saying ‘if you have the eyes to see and ears to hear’ because a lot of Truths were distorted, changed or inverted in the newer versions of the Bible written by those who had vested interest (which always comes down to power and money) in things being presented a certain way.

So, allow these insights to blow your mind open and perhaps question old narratives and stories we have been told for eons. The interesting things is the Mother energy was not killed off entirely- she was trapped, imprisoned in Matter (this is hidden in plain sight in the Sophia myth that I teach in my Holy Grail Course here- https://divineharmony.mykajabi.com/offers/4A5v8eto/checkout ), forced into subservience and has been fed off of and extracted from for the last 5000 years- the same way we dominate/extract from the Earth, nature, and animals- as well as children, the elderly and indigenous cultures (all examples of feminine energy in the modern world).
What is fascinating about this Full Moon is that it forms a VERY TIGHT Grand Cross with the Nodes of Destiny and Karma. The Full Moon is at 13’03 Gemini opposite the Sun at 13’03 Sagittarius. The Mean Nodes are at 13’36 Pisces/Virgo (13’43 True) – which means the Sun, Moon, North Node and South Node all round up to 14 degrees of their respective signs. The current position of the Great Attractor is 14’12’08- so this is a very tight activation of the Great Attractor by the Sun, Moon and Nodes.
The Great Attractor represents a Cosmic Point that helps us tap into Greater Truth. This is where we can have the power to share knowledge and wisdom but we must not abuse it. But to see the Truths the GA has to show us we have to be willing to have our minds blown open. We have to be willing to be wrong and willing to see past our own avoidances and shadows (literally the GA has a part to it that is called the Zone of Avoidance!). The wonderful astrologer and black hole researcher Phillip Sedgwick says that the GA ‘might just be a personification of the Creator’ and that with the GA we have “to be willing to risk the factuality of our own beliefs in the interest of pure knowledge”.
Whenever Planets are square the Nodes we are brought to pivotal points of CHOICE. Are we going to keep doing the same old karma path or are we going to move in a new direction. The Sun/Moon opposition in Sagittarius/Gemini can find us in polarized situations around Truth, dogma, who is right, who is wrong. The Virgo South Node keeps us stuck in analysis paralysis- even judgement. But the North Node in Pisces is a reminder that Faith is what opens the door for new Truths to come in. “You have to Believe it to See it” is a good Pisces Mantra. If you do not believe it is possible- guess what? It probably won’t happen OR if it does happen you won’t notice it because you are not looking for it/open to it. The power of our Mind is a largely untapped resource by most of humanity. We truly can “make things happen’ by opening our Minds, having faith and trust in ourselves and the Universe, and allowing (by getting out of the way ha!) the new and the unknown to take take shape and form!
The Sabian Symbols for this Grand Cross Full Moon are profound and insightful. The Full Moon degree for 14 Gemini talks about communicating telepathically and gives the capacity to transcend the limitations of bodily existence. The Sun at 14 Sagittarius which is heading into alignment with the Great Attractor has the title ‘The Pyramid and the Sphinx’ and talks about the enduring power of occult knowledge and its quasi-divine custodians- the seed men and women of a previous cycle of existence. This degree specifically speaks to the Power of Spiritual Ancestry.
Interestingly the South Node also talks of Ancestry! The Title for 14 Virgo is ‘An aristocratic family tree’ and it talks about the deep reliance on our ancestral roots. This degree references our present physical ancestry (this human incarnation) but also speaks to our series of previous embodiments (aka previous lifetimes) that are able to be tapped in this lifetime now. The North Node degree of 14 Pisces reminds us to use our intelligence and mental subtlety as protection against storms and trials. This degree states “Spiritual will and the ability to stand in facing tests are necessary in any crucial or challenging situation that an individual meets within a power-oriented group. But the sword-like will often has to be shielded, and intelligence or acumen can be the most precious help in danger. It is a personal (i.e. “animal” or instinctual) shield, perhaps even a camouflage. It hides the central will, but it keeps the individual from unnecessary hardships.” It reminds us to keep on our ‘protective shielding’- and make sure our powers of discernment are cultivated and used (discernment is the most powerful Siddhi you can cultivate according to ancient Vedic texts- even more powerful than bilocating or turning lead into gold!)

14 GEMINI – FULL MOON DEGREE
PHASE 14 (GEMINI 14°): BRIDGING PHYSICAL SPACE AND SOCIAL DISTINCTIONS, TWO MEN COMMUNICATE TELEPATHICALLY.
KEYNOTE: The capacity to transcend the limitations of bodily existence.
In order to function in the world of material entities man needs to focus the energies of life in a limited organism and an ego-mind that is formed by the pressures of a particular culture and family background. Yet a time comes when the individual can still transcend the limiting boundaries of culture and ego. An effort should then be made to enter a realm of consciousness in which the communication from mind to mind can take a more direct form, because the minds then operate within the One Mind of humanity. It is then as if two cells in a human body were communicating to each other, perhaps through some kind of invisible nerve channels, or, as it were, from nucleus to nucleus by means of vibratory resonance.
At this fourth stage of the five-fold sequence we see the potentiality of a new technique to be used in the “newly opened lands” confronting the pioneers in human evolution. It is a TECHNIQUE OF TRANSCENDENCE. It evidently can also bring confusion and many failures, as well as illusory claims and self-deceit.
14 SAGITTARIUS – SUN DEGREE
PHASE 254 (SAGITTARIUS 14°): THE GREAT PYRAMID AND THE SPHINX.
KEYNOTE: The enduring power of occult knowledge and of its quasi-divine Custodians, “Seed-men” of a previous cycle of existence.
The belief in an Original Tradition based on the perfect knowledge of the archetypal principles and forms which underlie all manifestations of life on this Earth (and by extension in the cosmos) is deeply rooted in man’s consciousness. The Great Pyramid and the Sphinx are witnesses to such a Tradition, especially for the Western world. The symbol implies that such an archetypal knowledge remains the foundation upon which men’s minds can still build solid and valid formulations, as new evolutionary developments are pending. This fourth stage symbol suggests that this occult knowledge and the traditional process of acquiring it is still available, and that by accepting their principles modern man can best meet the challenge of our present world crisis. The symbol, interpreted from a personal point of view, points to the greatness of a Soul’s past achievements and the value of trying to re-evoke this past. What is revealed is THE POWER OF SPIRITUAL ANCESTRY.
NORTH NODE DEGREE
PHASE 344 (PISCES 14°): A LADY WRAPPED IN A LARGE STOLE OF FOX FUR.
KEYNOTE: The use of intelligence and mental subtlety as a protection against storms and trials.
Coming just after the preceding symbols and as the fourth stage of a five-fold sequence, which is usually related to some kind of technique, this symbol may at first seem irrelevant. The key to its interpretation, missed by the commentators, is fox fur. In symbolism and mythology the fox is always a clever and subtle animal. It represents the intellect at its early stage of “cunning”; in a broader sense, it also refers to “intelligence,” considered as the ability to adapt to any and all life situations. Spiritual will and the ability to stand in facing tests are necessary in any crucial or challenging situation that an individual meets within a power-oriented group. But the sword-like will often has to be shielded, and intelligence or acumen can be the most precious help in danger. It is a personal (i.e. “animal” or instinctual) shield, perhaps even a camouflage. It hides the central will, but it keeps the individual from unnecessary hardships.
What we see symbolized here is a self-protective way of meeting the inclemencies of weather, actual or psychic, which abound as one leads a life consecrated to a vaster Whole; for this very consecration arouses strong enmities. Unnecessary risks are forbidden to the initiate, for the security of the Brotherhood might be endangered. The need for PROTECTIVE SHIELDING is imperative, and glamour can be an effective shield.
SOUTH NODE DEGREE
PHASE 164 (VIRGO 14°): AN ARISTOCRATIC FAMILY TREE.
KEYNOTE: A deep reliance upon the ancestral roots of individual character.
Stressed here is the fact that the power available to any man in time of crisis and decision has very deep roots in the past, whether the past of physical ancestry or the past outlined by a series of previous embodiments conditioned by some dominant purpose and by the many-phased development of a particular type of complex character. True spontaneity and creativity are always based on a structured sequence of antecedents if they are at all genuinely spiritual, i.e. if they are able to meet a collective need. Only the actions that are necessary — even if only in the long run — for meeting such a need can actually be called “spiritual.”
This fourth stage symbol, strange as it may seem to many people — especially young people of our day — suggests a technique which, at critical times, must be used. It characterizes the means for true “success.” One returns to the roots in order to produce the flowering of personality, if this flower is to bring forth a living seed. ROOT POWER is essential to seed-achievement.
