The New Moon at 28’24 Sagittarius is exact tonight Friday December 19th at 6:43pm MST (5:43pm PST/8:43pm EST)- commencing a new Lunar Cycle focused on Truth, beliefs and dogma. This is one intense New Moon as it is square Saturn and Neptune Pisces and quincunx Uranus in Taurus- bringing confrontations around our belief systems and a need to pull back the Veil (or the wool off our eyes) so that we are seeing things- and more important ourselves and our own self illusions- more clearly.
With Venus and Mars conjunct this New Moon (their midpoint is the New Moon degree)- relationships can be a big arena where reality is dawning. And with Juno conjunct the New Moon, Ceres square it and Hygeia opposite it- we can find romantic partnerships and family relationships in the spolight. Hygeia is the Goddess of Healing and Wholeness but often before we can find healing we have to address the wounds and pain that are present. The medicine of Hygeia is about taking the poison and turning it into the cure- which is an alchemical process that often takes time. Sometimes that time is simply needed for people to wake up and see that something does in fact need healing and tending to! Some people need to suffer more before they hit rock bottom and start to look up.
Saturn is heading to cojoin Neptune at the 1st degree of Aries on Feburary 20th- and right now they are within orb in Pisces bringing closure to a previous Saturn/Neptune cycle that began in 1989. Saturn in Pisces demands we take the rose colored glasses off and see reality as it is. Neptune at 29 Pisces (the last degree or Omega Point) can exacerbate our desire to not want to see reality and check out instead. It is interesting that the closest pass of 3I/ATLAS is on this day (during the Dark of the Moon in the early morning hours).
I have just watched the 3I/ATLAS story unfold this year- not commenting on in part because I was on hiatus but also because I truly felt guided to just watch and witness and not participate in the dialogue around it. I love comets and I find them to be Living Beings. I realized this back in 2022 when Comet Leonard came to pass and I had a connection to that Comet in a way I did not know was even possible. I felt like I KNEW the being of that comet in the most profound way- it was a trip! The commentary on 3I/ATLAS not being a comet and being perhaps an interstellar UFO or AI intelligence or one of the many other things proposed has been interesting to me- particularly with the background of Neptune transiting the last degree of Pisces being part of the story.
3I/ATLAS we are told was discovered on July 1st 2025- 3 days before Neptune stationed Retrograde at 2’10 Aries on the birthday/Solar Return of the United States of America (July 4th). We had the first Uranus/Neptune sextile with Uranus newly in Gemini and Neptune newly in Aries on August 28th and then Neptune back tracked into Pisces on October 22nd to sextile Uranus again on November 20th- this time with both of them at 29’29 Taurus/Pisces respectively. Then on December 10th Neptune stationed direct at 29’22 Pisces- the Omega Point and last degree of the entire Tropical Zodiac. So we have some prominent energies of the last degree of the Tropical Zodiac (29 or rounding up 30 Pisces), the first degrees of Aries, and also the last degree of Taurus (which is the degree of the Pleiades!)- all tied into the 3I/ATLAS storyline this year.
I love Neptune- I am governed by Neptune with Pisces Moon rising and Neptune on the Midheaven. I truly love the highest expression of the Neptune frequency- mystical, magical, intuitive, psychic- not to mention open hearted, compassionate, kind and empathic- the positive qualities of Neptune and Pisces are AMAZING. The shadow though is something that Pisces/Neptune people/placements tend to want to ignore or deny- and the shadow of Neptune is illusion, confusion, delusion, deception and a tendency to be caught up by the glamour (or the propaganda/AI manipulation) that is on the surface and is hiding the Truth that lies beyond the Veil.
When I saw the chart for the discovery (July 1st with Neptune coming to station Retrograde) and the closest flyby to the Earth (today December 19th) not to mention the closest fly by to the Sun (October 29th- just a week after Neptune went back to the last degree of Pisces)- the Neptune theme made me go HMMM… Not all that glitters is gold and not all that you see in the news is Truth. Actually a lot of it is not Truth- as the people who own the news have vested interest in portraying things a certain way.
Jim Morrison is quoted to have said ‘who controls the media, controls the mind’ (attributed to him in 1969) but even before that in 1957 you can find the Archbishop Pocock stating: “The modern age of constant noise and visual excitation has succeeded in brainwashing the untrained minds of multitudes who are prepared to accept the course of events as their code of truth and morality…One may say that he who controls the media of mass communication, controls the minds of men.” Neptune at standstill is a reminder to look behind the curtain and see who is controlling things just like in the movie The Wizard of Oz.
An article came out on November 14th that shared classified information that suggested that the government has known about 3I/ATLAS for 20 years- and only just this year disclosed the information pretending it was ‘just discovered’. The leak of images happened on November 2nd- when Jupiter was square Eris (the Goddess who revels what is behind the curtain and is associated with Whistleblowers). If you read through the very dense scientific based article- good on you! If not just know that it is very likely the ‘disclosure’ of 3I/ATLAS was chosen astrologically this year for a reason. Using the name Oracle for the satellite and Cassandra for the program rather pisses me off because they are using archetypal energies of Female Prophetesses in covert, extractive ways. This is what patriarchal governments and religious institutions have done for millennia.
One example can be seen in the Vatican which is built over a previous temple site to Cybele- an Ancient Mother Goddess. Vatis means Seeress, Can is linguistically connected to serpent. If you search online they tell you NO Can is not Latin for serpent- the word is serpens or draco (obviously associated with the serpent/dragon constellations in the sky). But actually ‘can’ comes from an old english word that means ‘to know, to have power to, to be able’ and also ’to have carnal knowledge of’. It is essentially a word that means to know or be acquainted with- a spin off of which the word cunning comes from.
If you know your mythology you know that serpents are associated with wisdom and knowing. As Jesus said- “be wise as serpents and as gentle as doves”. So ‘can’ is associated with serpents by way of KNOWING. So Vatican means the Seeress that KNOWS. Keep in mind the Oracle of Delphi was guarded by giant serpents- originally two that were male and female partners- later just one that was slayed by Apollo when he took over the Oracle from the Mother Goddess who previously oversaw it. Serpents have long been associated with Goddesses, Goddess sites, wisdom, prophecy and the awakening of consciousness in humans (aka Kundalini Shakti).
Interestingly Apollo is connected to Cassandra the Oracle- as he is said to have given her the gift of prophecy and then wanted to sleep with her- she said no, he got mad so he cursed her stating ‘you will see the Truth but no one will listen or believe you” (loosely quoted). I personally think in an older pre-patriarchal myth she had the gift of prophecy already given to her from the Mother- it was only during the shift to Patriarchal dominance, where Apollo took over the Oracular gifts that previously were guarded by the feminine, that he became the one to give her this gift.
So, Vatican means the vessel/container of the seeress/oracle/prophetess- the one who knows. Cybele has connection to sibilus which means to hiss- and the word Sibyl (another name for Oracle) comes from it. Building the Vatican over this ancient site has been a means of controlling the power of the Mother and the power of female prophecy. It is the symbolic equivalent of rape (which recall the other meaning for can is to know in the sense of having carnal knowledge of)- which is what we do to the Earth herself as can be seen by how we extract from and destroy nature.
So I do not think ‘the powers that be’ just ‘discovered’ 3I/ATLAS this year. The astrology is super clear on that with Neptune featured at every point in its journey (done INTENTIONALLY, they consult astrologers). But does that mean it is not special? Not necessarily. It just means the way it is being presented and how the information is being controlled and meted out is being done for a reason- and we need to be super discerning about how our consciousness is being manipulated by this information. (New Moon in Sagittarius square Saturn/Neptune in Pisces!)
Here is my understanding of the Truth- highly advanced beings from other Star Systems or Galaxies who have the capacity to move between Star Systems will have access to Stargate Portals and/or will be able to move at the speed of Light (or faster) and will not be traveling so slow so that we have 6 months to watch them approach us. So this whole lead up to this comet approaching our world makes no sense from that perspective.
In addition- as many other intuitive people have been staying- we need to be super aware of our desire for disclosure and aliens appearing and the powers that be using that to manipulate consciousness. Most alien movies show invasion events and attempt to trigger fear in us. Even the Spielberg movie trailer that just dropped is attempting to evoke fear subliminally. The only alien movies that do not do this that I am aware of are Contact and Arrival- both excellent films that attempt to evoke the multilayered wisdom and awareness of advanced alien species. These movies do not portray them as trying to harm but instead trying to help awaken humanity. Feel in your body the difference between the two narratives. Highly advanced species that want to take over and destroy us would have already done so. Wise, evolved species would have the capacity to hold back and wait until humans are mature enough and truly ready to fully awaken.
Please be aware that “manipulation often involves creating fear to maintain control over others. Fear can be a powerful tool for those seeking to influence or dominate, as it can lead to anxiety and compliance in the manipulated.” Tune into your heart, not your fear- and let that lead.
So what is 3I/ATLAS? I think whatever the collective thinks it is- it is not that. I personally see Comets as beings and this one coming from outside our Solar System makes it special (the 3rd we have publicly been told about to date). I do not think it needs to be a UFO to be powerful or meaningful. Historically Comets have been heralded as omens by humanity. I think 3I/ATLAS is a messenger. What is the message? I think the message is to open our eyes, be discerning, do not fall for manipulation of consciousness. I think the message is to learn to pull back the Veil- first and foremost within ourselves so we can see our own wounds, shadow, and unconscious material (because as within, so without). And then take this inner capacity outward and start to see the world around us with real-eyes as we realize the Truths that are hidden in plain sight. As Jesus said- we have to have ‘the ears to hear and the eyes to see’. We really only access that capacity when we start that journey WITHIN. This is why I teach Shadow Work!!!
I leave you with the Sabian Symbol and Star Sparks meditations for the degree 3I/ATLAS is at this morning at the closest approach to the Sun- 11 Virgo (10’12 rounded up)- right smack in the middle of the Constellation of Leo. In alignment with Denebola in Leo the Lion above and in alignment with the left star of Sextans (navigation instrument meaning a sixth part) below. Also linking with the Star Aliath in Ursa Major/the Great Bear or 7 Rishis of Hindu Lore above and a star in Hydra the female Water Serpent below. These stars spanning 9-11 Virgo are getting activated by 3I/ATLAS right now.
The Sabian Symbol talks about a Mother seeing her deep longing for a son answered. Dane Rudhyar states this is Spirit’s answer to the vital needs of whatever became individualized out of its infinite ocean of potentialities. He goes on to say we must each of us become the Mother of the living God- meaning we each need to realize the GodSelf within. Our Soul/Higher Self is the Mother that tends to the son/small self/ego- gestating and birthing him and supporting him in coming into fullness.
The Star Sparks degree talks about a 4 year old girl dressed as a nurse. This meditation evokes a symbol of a seemingly small, immature being becoming the Vessel for high level consciousness and healing. She is here to ‘be of great help in the earth struggles of this species seeking rebirth’. She is here to bring wholeness, not about winning people over or making the best impression. She needs to stop “baby-sitting worlds and get on with what matters most and let everyone else pick up the pieces”. She is here to carry through on what she has been given. Yet if she is under pressure and strain to perform in ways alien to her- the capacity for making it work will easily break down. So this degree speaks to what losses need to be cut away- what masks need to fall- so that our True Self path can be realized. Similar to the Tarot where the Sun card shows a young child on a horse- we have to strip away the adult self and rigid ego to get back in touch with the pure innocence and purpose we each came in with when we choose to incarnate as a soul. It was always there at the beginning- but overlays of trauma and dogma and wounds and pain shut us down from direct connection to it. So the journey is one of going back to the child- not in an immature way but in a pure way.
With both degrees evoking Mother and child energies- I find this fascinating as a Return to the Mother is necessary for humanity if we want to re-route our trajectory that is currently headed on the path of earth destruction. In our AI technology explosion world- we are dangerously getting close to the myth of Atlantis where our technology outruns our morality and wisdom. The Mother is the principle of Love and care (like the nurse in the Star Sparks degree). We need to slow down and tune into her via nature, our hearts, our emotions, our bodies- listening to/caring for the children, animals, and the ancient pre-patriarchal indigenous cultures of this planet (the ones who carry the feminine frequency of Love).
It makes me think of the movie about the asteroid destroying Earth that came out a few years ago (Don’t Look Up- talk about predictive programming setting us up to be fearful). Maybe we need a movie that is titled “LOOK WITHIN”. We are looking up and out for answers- when down and in is the only true path to wisdom and embodiment. Be here now as Ram Dass says- not projected into the future or stuck in the past. The Stars and the Heavens are wonderful and amazing! But so are we- each of us living, breathing microcosms.

All cycles of manifestation end in an essential duality of “success” and “failure,” as every release of new potentiality at the start of a cycle is inevitably polarized in two opposite directions, becoming sharply differentiated at the mystical “separation of the sheep and the goat.” But out of duality a new unity eventually is produced: the child, the new God of a new universe. Subconsciously or consciously, during pregnancy, the mother dreams of the son-to-be and the imprint of the dream in time is revealed in the boy’s structural being. The true disciple must become the Mother of the living God and should eventually fulfill the great need of humanity and of all his people. MAN is constantly renewed through the great dreams and sacramental pregnancies of all disciples of the One Master.
This is the first stage of the thirty-third five-fold sequence of phases of the cycle. At this stage the power to bring one’s dreams and ideals to a clear and sharp focus of mental activity or imagination needs to be developed. It is the power of creative visualization (Kriyashakti) for which a significant word was coined during World War II: IMAGINEERING — a combination of “imagination” and “engineering.” Alas, the word was there, but our statesmen failed to incarnate it in deeds.

She is beginning from a place of being tuned in to the needs all around her, being selflessly mobilized for whatever is asked. Her base of reality, her primal reference is sophisticated, engaged, astutely picking up on cues, able to manifest dreams and visions to serve and renew and be of great help in the earth struggles of this species seeking rebirth.
She is task-oriented, assignment-ready. Without any kind of context or preparation or steps involved, she jumps right in and gets busy working for the good. She cannot stop herself from being this way. It really comes naturally.
The possibilities which arise are tremendous. Everything depends upon staying with the original intent. This is not about duty and winning people over and making the best impression. This is about sensing what will bring wholeness where there was fragmentation. This is about interaction, mediation, making a difference. It’s all in the task itself, not in images and ideas about what this means or where this goes.
Integrity and simplicity and pure dedication are crucial here. She must cut through the middle of baby-sitting worlds and get on with what matters and let everybody else pick up the pieces. She is a specialist. Her skill lies in getting down to what is missing or distorted and bringing to bear whatever can shift this pattern, whether on her own or in collaborative frameworks.
What she cannot do is explain and justify and be adult about what she brings. Mental factors and considerations pale before the experience of the task at hand. Why try to talk about it when the only thing you know is how to do it and you don’t have any opinion or attitudes to offer?
Her purpose is to carry through on what she is given. She is very serious and literal and operational. Under optimal conditions, her strengths will thrive and her weaknesses will be negligible. But if she is under pressure and strain to perform in ways alien to her, the capacity for making it work will easily break down.
