P.S. Please Note- I talk about Pluto being exalted in Aquarius (with Fall in Leo). The Outer Planets discovered in 18th/19th/20th Century are ‘newer bodies’ and as such there are different ideas about what Signs their Exaltation and Fall are in. Some say Pluto is exalted in Aries/Fall in Libra (the Exaltations and Falls are always opposite each other, as are the Rulerships and Detriments). I disagree with the Aries/Libra placement- those are the Exaltation and Fall of the Sun and typically Exaltations do not repeat (i.e. the only Planet Exalted in Aries is the Sun, the only Planet Exalted in Taurus is the Moon, etc…). So please know you will hear different ideas about the Outer Planet Exaltations/Falls.
For me they are:
Uranus- Rulership Aquarius, Detriment Leo, Exaltation Scorpio, Fall Taurus
Neptune- Rulership Pisces, Detriment Virgo, Exaltation Cancer, Fall Capricorn
***this one I am on the fence with to be honest- I can see the Higher Heart exalted in the sign of the Mother but Jupiter is also exalted in this sign. I definitely see the fall in Saturn ruled Capricorn. An alternative to this one is Neptune Exalted in Sagittarius, Fall in Gemini. Or possibly similar to Mercury it is exalted in the sign it rules Pisces?
