mercury is now back in aries and he contraparallels uranus today and cojoins uranus sunday, bringing us a super aspect between the lower and Higher minds that lasts all week! this is the 3rd time mercury has cojoined uranus due to his recent retrograde journey. think back to 3/5 and 3/18- the dates of the other two conjunctions. what was happening back then? what ideas, conversations, insights, aha moments and Truth coming to Light were surfacing? the first conjunction on 3/5 was likely more about external events/experiences and the second was likely more internal and about processing what was coming up. this last one is the completion of mercury’s activation of uranus which has been a huge theme of the entire mercury retrograde- so we can see this week as the final piece of the puzzle so-to-speak.
next week mercury will square pluto (on wednesday the 25th)- so from now until then we are in MAJOR activation of the uranus/pluto square. whereas mercury/uranus is about change, sudden insights and radical shifts- mercury/pluto is about breakdowns, shadow being revealed and a need to find our inner power despite outer power struggles that may play out in communication with others and in the world around us. a good mantra for the uranus/pluto years ahead is ‘breakdowns precede breakthroughs’- so keeping that in mind in the coming weeks is definitely going to be helpful!
uranus/pluto is with us until 2015- so whatever is up for us right now is only small change compared to the big things ahead for us all. taking time to get clear on what needs to be deconstructed/released so that new life/new direction can come in is key. and then of course DOING IT. awareness without action is ineffective. just do it!
